Still haven't found what I'm looking for

I spent the morning reading up on articles and tutorials, since without steam working there was effectively nothing I could do. However the comforting words from the technicians, that the problem will be solved by lunch time kept me in good spirit.

However lunch came and went, late in the afternoon I got an email from a technician saying that there was no record of them setting up an static IP for us.

I decided to send an email to Brian and Hugh to see if they knew who sorted it out for us last time.
